Survived by mother, Willa Kennedy (IL); longtime companion, Carla Ballard; daughters, Classi & Shacara Kennedy, Erica Whitaker; & sons, Torri Kennedy (IL), Charles Whitaker; sisters, Lavern (Donny), Jennifer, Jackie, Victoria (Timothy), Katrenia; brothers, Milbert, Bruce & Durry; grandchildren Shatoria, Billy Wayne II, Amareah, Tamya & Adesia & a host of nieces, nephews. Funeral Service, Mon. Feb. 25th, 11AM New Canaan Land Church, 5957 S Peoria St, Chicago, IL.

Hey grandpops I know it has been a while since I came here but I just want to let you know I'm a junior in high school now yeah I know what your thinking your baby girl is growing up I'm still your baby girl though I miss you so much sometimes I sit and wonder what would life be like if you were still here and when I think of the last thing you said to its makes me cry you said "Okay imam see you later Baby Girl I love you so much" and it hurts cause I can't hear your voice anymore I wish heaven had visiting hours I would be up there EVERYDAY but it's a security guard at my school that looks so much like you bald head and everything lol. But I will be back to talk to you later I love you granddad Billy.

My brother was truly loved by many and known by thousands. He his trade mark was his warm and welcoming smile. I will miss him more than anyone will ever know. He would always listen to you regardless and he would give his honest opinion, this is what made him so unique. I love and miss him more than you can magnify. GOD is good all of the time and I thank God for allowing me to have his son in my life for the time that I had him. I pray for his Mother (who God has carried and continue to make strong) , his children Torri,Charles, Erica, Classi and Shacara. I pray for his niece's and nephew's and most importantly his sister's and brother's that have had their personal moments and times with Bill bka "hacksaw"- I promise you I will miss him.
