Please accept our deepest condolences. Callen was a friend of our son, JD. They graduated HS together and occasionally spent fun times together. JD speaks very fondly of Callen and remembers the fun person he was. JD has a wonderful special photo taken together with Callen during a HS prom that I know he will cherish along with the memories. While words cannot take away your pain, please know we are truly sorry for your loss. Callen was a very special son.

I'm a teacher at Normandal Community College and Callen was in my Public Speaking class last semester. He was an amazing person. As I got to know him I learned he was a very passionate person and loved life. My favorite speech was the one he gave about octopi. I loved it! He made a lasting impression on me. I will remember him. My deepest sympathy to his family.

I met Callen in a Tai Chi class at Normandale Community College. He truly was one of the most warm, wonderful, and accepting people that I have ever met. His personality is one that I will never forget. He always managed to brighten your day no matter how bad it had been. And that smile of his was quite contagious. My deepest sympathy to his family. I will miss you Callen.

I extend my deepest sympathy for the loss of this wonderful young man. Callen was in my class at Normandale Community College. In just that one term he made a very positive impression. It is a loss to all of us when such a talented, happy and thoughtful young person is lost to our future. The family and friends who nurtured his spirit should feel extremely proud-he glowed with the vitality of a person well-loved.

Callen was my student at Normandale Community College in two Art History classes. He was very bright and had a great sense of humor (he always knew how to push me just a little bit to make me laugh). He was very friendly and likable, and I often saw him in conversation with many different friends. He was a very memorable person, and I'll miss seeing his face. My thoughts are prayers are with his family.
