Christy Ann GUSTAFSON

Age 54 of Minneapolis, MN Formerly of St. Paul, MN Passed away March 3, 2016. Graduate of Highland Park High School, College of St. Catherine, former employee of Lawson Software and proud member of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church. Chris loved hosting their 13 exchange students and had a special place in her heart for her nieces, nephews, and Josef and Harriet. Her love of family and friends was amazing, evident and valued by all who knew her. Preceded in death by grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Survived by spouse Jodi Helgeson, exchange students: Naledi, Claudia, Carola, Anna, Marika, Lena, Emmy, Matthia, Charlotte, Miri, Charlie, Inka, Kine; parents Cliff and Dolores Gustafson, parents-in-law Ralph and Delores Helgeson; siblings Pam Friedlander (Don), Sandra Gustafson Jambor, Cliff Gustafson III (Kristi); brothers-in-law Bruce (Kris), Keith (Melissa), Kurt (Stacy); nieces and nephews Karissa (Trent), Bryce, Jack, Josh (Cassie), Tim, Kelsey (Gavin), Neil, Danielle, Blake and Ashton. Funeral service Thursday, March 10th at 10:30 am at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 700 Snelling Ave. South, St. Paul, MN. Visitation one hour prior to the service. A luncheon will follow the service at the church.
