To Merna and family,

this comes as such a shock to me. Not to long ago I asked about Rockie ,and over the summer I went to Talayia's house, when I walked in it remined me of Rockies house on Selby.

I met Rockie when I was a kid, he used to do my aunt Delise's hair and she always took me to get mine done. Rockie did my hair until I was in my early twentys. I hadn't seen Rockie in years but I thought about him from time to time.

we never truly part with those we love as they are with us always in thought and spirit. the precious memories i have of rocky safetly locked away in my heart: his laughter, the way he moved his hands around when he'd talk, his bangin' chicken wings, crazy plastered hair-do's he gave aaron and most of all...the kindness he showed me and mine during hard times will never be forgotten.

my thoughts and prayers are with you.
