Claudia WATERS Obituary

Of Hugo, formerly of Minneapolis, died peacefully on May 11, 2018, from complications following a stroke. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Eleanor Jorgensen, and her husband of 36 years, Dr. Stanley Waters. She is survived by her daughters, Natalie Waters Seum and Abigail Greenheck; her sons-in-law, Bradley Seum and Michael Greenheck; her two adored grand-children, Henry Seum and Sidney Greenheck; and her sister-in-law, Sharon Waters. Claudia was a retired Northwest Airlines flight attendant of 36 years. It is there where she met her beloved significant other, Pete Johnson, who cherished her for the past eight years. Claudia lit up the room, always arriving with a story to tell, shrimp to barbeque, and a standard poodle to adore. She was full of life, loved to laugh, and cared deeply about her family and friends. Her generous spirit will be missed by many, many people. A private celebration will be held in her honor at a later date. Memorials are preferred to Helping Paws, an organization that helps to further people's independence and quality of life through the use of assistance dogs. HelpingPaws.org.
