I only know her brother ...who I have known for years online. Her influence, goodness, has spread further than one would think.

My wife and I are honored to have met Diane through Dale and cherish the memories of her. I was trying to come up with the words to express how I felt but I knew I could not do it justice. I saw this poem and thought of Diane and the kindness she exhibited to the people who were lucky enough to come in contact with her;
I'd like the memory of me to be a happy one.
I'd like to leave an afterflow of smiles when life is done.
I'd like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways.
Of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days.
I'd like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun.
Of happy memories that I leave when life is done.
Our deepest sympathies to Dale and family.

There is really no sense that can be make of the premature passing of one so young and so beautiful. We just have to accept that such things are beyond our control and our understanding. My personal belief is that she is in a magnificent and peaceful place surrounded by golden retrievers and Love. She inspired me with her gentleness and quiet dignity. I am honored to have been her friend even briefly. My condolences to her family.

I worked with Diane after her time with NWA. She worked in my office in Bloomington, MN for Howard Schultz & Assoc. I found her to be a very intelligent person and a hard worker. I was shocked to see her passing.
Dale, Nancy & I are very sorry for your loss.
