Donald George ALBERT

Age 80, of Maplewood Peacefully passed away November 1st at home surrounded by his loving family. A gentle, kind, loving man with the biggest heart. A hard worker spending 35+ years at Montgomery Ward. He had a love of classic cars and family time at the cabin. Beloved husband of 59 ½ years of Valerie (Peck) Albert; father of Lisa (Steve), Donna (Joe), Julie (Jeff), Greg (Janelle), Carrie (Ryan), Jenny (Jim), Beth (Joe); grandfather of Alicia (Eric), Stephanie (Cole), Matt (Sam), Cassie (Zach), Tom (Bailey), Ryan, David, Mark (Chloe), Nicole (Jake), Kelly (Zach), Haley, Morgan, Bri, Brad, Kendall, Will, Mason, Bennett, Kenzie, Brooke, Luke and Taylor; great-grandfather of Coen, Scarlett, Fae, Graham and Remi; also survived by brother Bob (Kathy) and sister Dolores. Preceded in death by son Michael, sister Gerri and parents George and Bernice. He taught us the importance of loving family and enjoying life. He will be greatly missed by all. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, November 9th at 11:00am with visitation one hour prior at Presentation of Mary Catholic Church, 1725 Kennard St., Maplewood, MN 55109.
