My memories of Lynn are from the special days of childhood summers spent in Byrdstown. Lynn was someone I always admired and looked up to. He always shared a friendly greeting and his Superman comic books. Heaven is a brighter place now. Love to all especially Aunt Elwanda and Uncle John L.

Lynn, It seems with each passing day I realize even more what a truly remarkable brother I had through the words of kindness from your many friends and co-workers. I wish I had inherited your positive attitude toward life. I know your life was complete and filled with happiness through your friends, co-workers, family at home and your love of golf.

Love,

Your sister

Our family will miss Lynn greatly. He was a treasured nephew for my mother and father and a special cousin to me and my boys. My father and mother always said that Lynn was a man of few words; however, those words that were spoken were cherished by our family. He did encourage my boys on their golf game and would ask them each time he saw them how they were progressing. This meant a lot to them because they knew he did not ask questions that much of anyone. Our family has always loved to tell "Lynn" stories of him growing up and these will be treasured.

Lynn is truely "one of a kind". I have never known someone with such great qualities- thoughtfulness, a caring attitude and a terrific sense of humor. He was a great co-worker and such a wonderful friend. I will miss Lynn and never forget him. My heart goes out to all of Lynn's family. He will be missed by so many.

Lynn will be missed by everyone at Charlotte Country Club. Not only did he make my job easier he made my day more enjoyable. I looked forward to the kidding we did with each other. He had a great sense of humor. He is the only person I know who never had a negative word to say about anybody. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family. He will be missed but never forgotten!

Lynn is one of the best people I know. I have many great memories of him, he was always kidding with me. No Christmas will ever be the same without him, he was what made it Christmas for me. I wish I could tell him that I love him and I will always miss him, and every good grade in school I make will be for him. There was no one like him.
