Edwin "Roger" BREDAHL

Age 83 of Saint Paul Born 5/2/1937 Died 4/18/2021 Roger was a lifelong resident of Saint Paul and a graduate of Johnson High School where he went by the nickname "Breezy". He was always upbeat, joyful and smiling. Even in the last few years, when his health made things more difficult, he always had a quick response that "each day was better than the last and he was grateful for today". It was important to him that others knew the source of his joy was his relationship with Jesus. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but we are rejoicing that he was taken in the Spirit to his Savior Jesus and is now basking in the Glory of the Father. Preceded in death by his parents Anker and Katherine Bredahl, 1st wife Adriel Wixson Bredahl, 2nd wife Shirley Robbins Bredahl, brothers Thomas Bredahl and Carl Bredahl, sisters Dorie Brunzell, Betty Thomas and Kathleen Bredahl and grandson Michael Peck. Survived by his only child, Elizabeth (Allan) Peck of Lindstrom; grandchildren David (Brittney) Peck of Chisago, Heather (Chris) Mueller of Chisago, Joseph Peck of Lindstrom and Kate (Darin) Kirkpatrick of Forest Lake; nine great-grandchildren; Shirley's children and grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and too many extended family and loved ones to list. He loved you all so very much! He will be deeply missed by his sweet companion Barb Nelson. Barb was such a huge blessing in his life, and ours, and we will forever be grateful for God placing her in our father's life these last several years. He loved her deeply. A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 15, at Lakes Free Church in Lindstrom, MN at 10 a.m. with the service starting at 11 a.m. The service will be live streamed as well for those who are unable to attend in person: please visit www.Grandstrandfh.com for access. A PRIVATE catered luncheon will be served immediately following the service at Ki-Chi Saga Park Pavillion #2 (next to the soccer fields) in Lindstrom, MN.
