Elizabeth Schuh Obituary

Schuh, Elizabeth M. Nee Wazlawik Age 91 Passed away peacefully on September 14, 2007. Preceded in death by husband, Joseph. Survived by son, Joseph (Jean); daughter, Geraldine (Richard) Blair; 7 grandchildren; 15 great-grand-children; 4 great-great-grandchildren; and many relatives and friends. Special thanks for the loving care given to her by the staff at Good Samaritan of Roseville and Hospice of the Lakes. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, 11:00 A.M. at CHURCH OF ST. BERNARD, 197 West Geranium, St. Paul. Interment Calvary Cemetery. Visitation one hour prior to the Mass at church. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Church of St. Bernard "Beacon of Hope." 1078 Rice Street 651-489-1349

I never met Grandma Schuh. I wish I had. She sounds like a grand lady. My sincere sympathy to her whole family. My own great-great grandmother was Anna-Catharina Schuh 1824-1891, one of 8 children, from Itzig and Sandweiler, Luxembourg. We are likely cousins.
