My late husband, (Tom) and I used to frequent Mr. Nibs a lot. We had so many good times there. We used to work at Pancho Villa's (also called Mad Mad Mexican later. Gary would always call out, "Go to Pancho Villas and eat" because we were open until 3am. Mr. Nibs was a great place to go and they had the best food and music. Gary was a great guy. He will be missed.

I had the honor and pleasure to work for Gary at Mr. Nibs, The Mirage, Starks (Halfway House) Bar & Grill. The picture is of me working at the side door of Mr. Nibs.

I was a regular at Starks Bar when I lived/worked in Eagan. All the great live music Gary brought in there. Especially the early 2000s. I'd walk in and there would be big Gary collecting cover charge. After awhile he'd just nod his head and let me in. He had stories FOR DAYS! A lot of good memories at Starks.

Gary was like a second Dad and his wonderful family like my own. I had many good times with them at Christmas and at the bars they owned. I´ve never forgotten all those times nor will I. God Bless you all.
