George had the greatest sense of humor and was so full of life! He worked hard but had fun working! I enjoyed working with him at 3M and loved to hear him laugh! God's blessings to all of you - we will keep you in our prayers. Nancy & David

Dear Miser Family,

I'm very sorry to hear about the passing of George. As you know, I've had the pleasure of growing up with you as close neighbors for the past 35 years. I strongly admire George for his tremendous love for his family, dignity, honor, loyalty and sense of humor. I'll never forget all the wonderful memories, including the lake activities, to the ice skating rinks and sitting on your deck and the many cheerful talks into the evening. May God welcome his soul and rest all of your hearts. My love to you always!(On a lighter note, I'm sure Tip, my father and George are hanging out already and sharing some smiles.)

Dear Patti & family,

Wow....Grandpa George is on the front line with God now. Although we only met Grandpa George within the past several years, what a man! The warmth he exuded! The booming voice! The Smile and the genuine feeling that no matter where he was, he was glad to see each and everyone of us. A piece of him is left in everyone he has touched. His love of life will go on in you & your family, and will spill over thankfully for the rest of us.

Sincerely,

Steven, Mary, David & Eric Kuehn

Pat and Family,

God's blessings to you all.

We have many fond memories of being together: the July 4th fireworks, the gatherings on the lake, the neighborhood dock association, the adventures in the back yard, the call for breaks at 4:00 pm on the weekend, and the many learnings about love, life and family. We will miss him.

George has been a great friend and neighbor to us since we moved in down the street over five years ago. We last saw George at a “How to Host a Murder Dinner Party” last Halloween. He played the role of “Rev. Jim Bob Eternity,” a bible-thumping preacher. He played the role to the hilt, with all the zest and joy that he brought to all his endeavors. The man was an irrepressible life force! We will miss him greatly.

To the Miser Family,

Words cannot express our deep sorrow. We will cherish our memories of George...installing the dock in his bandana, singing good jazz while gardening, playing the lead villian in the neighborhood play, knee-deep in the pond placing his wood duck houses.....I could go on and on. Cherish your memories... and listen for the bell. God Bless

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I feel lucky to have grown up in such a friendly neighborhood. My most vivid memory of your family is being at your house with Laura and whenever anyone would leave the house they would tell each person "I love you". I am sure you will all continue to be great support for each other.
