Gerald J. PRIGGE

1930 - 2014

Age 83 Passed away March 1, 2014 Gerald was born April 20, 1930 in Minneapolis, MN to Otto and Adella (Behnke) Prigge. He is survived by Virginia, his wife of 59 years, daughter Carol (John) Regenold, sons Thomas and Chad Prigge and grandsons John Charles and Phillip James Regenold. Proudly served his country as a 1st Lieutenant in the US Army Quartermaster Corp during the the Korean War and continued his service in the Army Reserves earning the rank of Captain. Retired from 30 years as Coordinator Counselor and Instructor at St Paul Technical College. Gerald loved music and expressed it by playing the French horn starting in Roosevelt High School and he continued playing it throughout the rest of his life in community orchestras and his church. Service will held at Mount Calvary Church 3930 Rahn Rd, Eagan on March 15th at 2:00 PM. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service at the church. Interment at Fort Snelling on a later date. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to Leukemia Society or charity of donor's choice.
