"Gerri" Age 81 of Stillwater Passed away peacefully in her home on Tuesday December 8, 2020. In her final days, she was surrounded by family and found peace in holding her daughter Michelle's hand in her final moments. Gerri was born November 25, 1939 in St. Paul to George and Bernice Albert. She attended St. Bernard's Catholic School and Washington High School. Preceded in death by her loving husband Paul of 46 years. As a gifted wildlife artist, Gerri shared her beautiful creations through "Wild Shirts by Gerri". Her favorite memories included spending time with her husband, children, and her niece Dawn, selling shirts at resorts, stores and zoos around Minnesota and Wisconsin. Gerri is survived by children Paul A. Presbrey (Alexis (Jeremy), George), Jacque (Rick) Brilla, Georgiann (Tim) Bartylla (Broc (Katie), Travis, Tucker, Jeremy, Lance, Alayna), Michelle (Lee) Schoenecker (Danielle, Madeline); siblings Don (Val) Albert, Dolores (Albert) Ulwelling, Bob (Kathy) Albert and many godchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, January 5 2021 at St. Jude of the Lake Catholic Church, 700 Mahtomedi Ave., Mahtomedi. Seating will begin at 10:30 am with a video celebration of Gerri's life. Mass will begin at 11:00am with the option to livestream on the "St. Jude of the Lake Church" YouTube channel. Due to COVID restrictions the Mass will be reserved for family and friends.
