Gilbert was one of our boyhood group, a good friend to one and all, shared marvelous adventures along the Mississippi, our second home during summers. He was very, very durable and good humored, really a standout. How soon it passed and became a wonderful memory--Emmett Martineau

Uncle Gil was a wonderful man and will be greatly missed by his family. Not only did my Dad (his brother Herb) lose a family member but his closest golfing partner. Wishing him happiness in paradise.
