While I knew Jim for only 4 or 5 years I found him to be a man with a kind heart and a genuinely tender soul who was intensely proud of his family speaking of them every time we met.
When I heard of his Passing my first thought was of the loss his family must be feeling. Secondly and perhaps selfishly that the loss of such a man in this world is one we can ill afford.
Jim you will be missed and you would be surprised at how many lives you have touched.

Adrienne and Bridget,I just discovered this news and I wanted to reach out and tell you that I am so very sorry for your loss. I will forever remember the years of seeing your dad bring you two to St. Leo's, now Lumen Christi for the 11:00 mass. He absolutely adored you both and he was very proud of you. He made a solid impression on our family, as his kindness and sensitivity was his strength.I have not seen either of you for many years, but I have been lucky to occasionally see your dad and also meet your aunt Mary Jo through a mutual friend. Again, I am so sorry for your loss and I will keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers. With love and tenderness, Shelley Olson Hansen
