Jack,
Thank you for the ice waters at Cheryl's house.Thank you for taking care of her. I most admired your ability to laugh and smile, and you were so generous with gifts to Cheryl and the Grandkids. Each time that we came to see you - you always lit up with a smile when you saw Cheryl. I will always remember pushing you down the hall at Bethesda in your chair. We were going so fast and making so much noise I cant beleive the nurses didnt make us stop. I will keep helping Cheryl. I promise to remind her of the good times. Im glad you are no longer suffering and that you can be in a place with no pain and no illness. I will miss you.
