Julie FICK

Age 51, of Lake Elmo Passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, October 23, 2021, following a long, courageous battle with cancer. Julie was born November 13, 1969 with a zest for life, a tender spirit for Jesus, a compassionate and loving heart for people, a curious mind that loved to learn, a competitive determination to win, and a fun, bubbly, outgoing personality that everyone loved to be with. She greatly enjoyed the outdoors and nature, but her favorite pastime was being with family, and especially attending sporting events or music performances as a superfan for her kids and nieces/nephews. Most importantly, Julie was a strong woman of faith in her Lord, Jesus. She believed to the end that God is good and that with faith in Jesus, ALL things are possible. Julie will be deeply missed by her loving husband of 27 years, Wade; children, Caleb, Rachel, Josiah, and Malachi; parents, John and June Peck; siblings, John (Lynn) Peck, Joy (TJ) Amlee, James (Lisa) Peck, and Joel (Kate) Peck; many nieces; nephews; and other family and friends. Visitation will be Thursday, Nov. 4 from 4-7pm at Bradshaw Celebration of Life Center, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd, Stillwater. Funeral Service will be Friday, Nov. 5 at 11am with visitation one hour prior at Redeeming Love Church, 2425 White Bear Ave North, Maplewood. Private Interment at Forest Lawn Cemetery in St. Paul. In lieu of flowers or memorials, the family asks that gifts be directed to a wonderful orphanage and ministry in Mexico that the Fick's have supported for many years called Living Hope International.
