Kathleen:
As you danced in the light with joy, love lifted you.
As you brushed against this world so gently, you lifted us.

John,
I didn't know your Mom, but from what I know about you-she was one fabulous woman.
May she rest in peace and may you , your family and friends find peace soon!
Be blessed !

My Friend Kathleen
She did not fear
Life or
Change
Work
Joy or
Sorrow
Commitment or
Loss
Disappointment or
Hope stretched thin
She forgave
The unforgivable
She was
Trusting
But not a fool
She gave
So much but
She never gave
Her Self
Away
In a silent garden
two souls met and
now separate
Godspeed
My Dear Friend
Until
We meet
Again

My sincerest condolences to Kathleen's abundant family and friends.
I worked with Kathleen and was fortunate enough to get to know her and her mother in the 1990's. After I settled in Scotland, her lessons of patience, caring, hard work, and laughter were well remembered when I needed them.
One of my fondest memories of Kathleen is her having a giggle with a glass of white wine, while her mom explained to the bartender, that had come over to the table (Georgiana was wheelchair bound) how to make a stinger (it's cognac and creme de menthe.)
This evening we'll be toasting to Kathleen in Scotland with something nice.

Kathleen was a very special person. Her support of others was unforgettable whether it was to me personally or to my business. She touched so many people's lives.
I am so sorry for the family's loss.

Dear Pat and all of Sis's children and grandchildren,
There's no doubt about it - - Sis was one of a kind! In over a half a century (holy cow!) I've never seen her without a smile on her face and a kind word to go with it. We now have another bright, shining star in heaven. Love and blessings to all.
