Kevin Hanson Obituary

Hanson - Kevin Dean, age 45, died unexpectedly Feb. 23, 2002 while snowmobiling near Towgatee Pass in Wyoming. Preceded in death by his father Glenn. Survived by his longtime love and girlfriend, Joey Olson; mother, Leona; brothers, Jerome and Myron; sister, Glenda; children, Heidi, Christopher, Bruce and Allen; special nephew, Eric; and other family. Kevin operated Hanson Racing Engines out of East Bethel, MN, serving customers throughout the world, building racing motors and parts for all types of snomobiles, motorcycles, cars, jetski's and the like. His 'Hanson Racing Engines' logo is seen throughout the world on water, snow, land and air. Funeral Service 2pm Friday, March 1 at MESSIAH LUTHERAN CHURCH, 2848 Cty. Rd. H2, Moundsview (763-784-1786). Visitation 4-8pm Thursday evening at the MILLER FUNERAL HOME, 6210 NE Hwy. 65, Fridley and in Church Friday 1 hour prior to service. Miller Funeral Home 763-571-1300.
