Dear Eric and Family,
My sympathy to you and your family at the death of your wife Kimberly Ann.
It is most difficult for parents to witness the loss of a child. It is just not the natural order of the universe.
I am Tom a friend of your fathers and his apprentice at Habitat for Humanity work sites.
He has told me about you and your wife's cancer and I also have a wife facing cancer to which there is no cure and no survivors.
It is going to be hard for us to fill this void and reinvent our lives similar to the loss of your fathers wife.
Remember grief has no time limit. What is important is what is happening now to your family's future

My prayers go out to the families surrounding Kim's passing. I worked with her several years ago in Arden Hills. She had a wonderful sense of humor and a kind, loving spirit. She was always a joy to be around. May God provide his comfort, peace and strength to all of you during this difficult time. She will be fondly remembered.
