I was so sorry to hear this news. Larry and I went to junior high and high school together. We saw each other here and there during the years and he always made me feel like it was just yesterday. I enjoyed his humor and mischievous side....he will be sorely missed.

Dear Sandy,

It is very hard losing a love one at such an early part of his life – Larry will be truly missed by Jack and I and we thank you for all the good memories we had together. Larry had that one of a kind smiles, happy, cheerful style to him always made us laugh.
Jack and Larry will always be close “back in time” like too BIG BOYS on a merry-go-round at Sals Restaurant – How can one not forget Larry gave Jack his new nick-name Cow Face. Larry was a very generous person, one that would give you his leathers off his own back if you needed them.
Larry loved to Ride his black fully dressed Harley Davidson down Hugo Road and would always pass our house at least 3-4 times a day- I can still hear those loud pipes he loved, the louder the better and those American flags a symbol to Larry of his love and freedom to ride.
On weekends Larry enjoyed his motor cycle rides for charities was a care giver to ALL in need.
Thank you to Sandy and Larry for being part of our lives and the good memories we had together.
Larry will always be in our minds and our hearts for ever in life with Love.

March 6, 2011

To Family & Friends,

I send my deep, heartfelt regrets and my prayers are for all of you. I know how much you are going to miss him. I spent many lunch hours at work listening to Larry's humorous jokes-he kept us all laughing and he was always in good spirits. He was always willing to do kind things for other people. It was Larry that would always take the lead to be the head chef and organize cookouts every so often at work-that really boosted morale. It was a shock to hear of his passing. He will always be remembered with a smile and that is a great legacy to leave behind.

Lyle senior was a very good friend of mine. I am assuming, since I didn't know Lawrence personally, that he is Lyle's son. In my book that means the family and community has lost a good, friendly soul!

There simply are no words, however heartfelt, that can ease what is deepest in your heart. I pray you always feel the comfort and encouragement of his love for you all and hold dear in memory, all the happiest of times you had together.

Sandie, my dear friend, remember how fate brought you together... Lynryd Skynryd... the claustrophobic corner and Larry. In that instant you both fell in love. I know because I was there. I saw it. The very place you chose to marry. The very place you raised your glasses in toast to all things bright and beautiful. All the adventures on the road. And what a ride it has been!! Hold those memories close. Hold that love, tight. And know, you will meet again...

Zerwas family... and to you, Ryan. My heart breaks for you all, great and small, and I pray you peace and strength to get though this most tragic time. Larry's sparkling blue eyes, bad jokes and mischievous smile will be sorely missed.
