Lois A. EHLENZ

1933 - 2022

God called our mom home as she was surrounded by her family on February 10. Lois was born on March 2,1933 to Vernon and Anne Blais (Flynn). She was preceded in death by parents; her beloved husband, Edward John; daughter, Kathleen Anne; sisters, Marie Kelliher (William), Rita Seiler (Jack), and Joan Schlagel; daughter-in-law, Debbie; and brother-in-law, Theadore Reiling. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Lois Reiling; and brother-in-law, Pete Schlagel. She was an amazing mother to Greg Ehlenz (Diana), Tim Ehlenz, Annmarie (Louie Becker), Mike Ehlenz (Brian Avakian), Crissy Ehlenz (Tom Kampmann), Tricia (Jason Ford) and Maria (Shane Nowak). She was blessed with and adored her 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She put her family and Catholic faith first in all that she did. Praying the Rosary and attending Holy Spirit Mass was an important part of mom's life. She couldn't wait to be reunited with her hubby, Ed. Her love was overflowing for her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was our angel on earth. She effortlessly gave her joy to everyone. She celebrated togetherness with baking, cooking and delicious desserts. She loved everything about the outdoors, gardening and picking berries. We will always remember her beautiful smile, infectious laugh and kindheartedness. She will live in our hearts until we see her again. Services: Wednesday, February 16 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 515 South Albert St, St. Paul. Visitation 10-11am with Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery, with lunch following the burial. In lieu of flowers, memorial preferred to Holy Spirit Catholic Church. O'Halloran and Murphy 651-698-0796
