There is no explaining the "why" or understanding what is fair about losing a daughter at such a young age. I admired Lynsay's positive attitude and courage as she went through all of the treatments and worked through the setbacks that she encountered. She was an exceptional person who will be remembered by all who knew her. My thoughts are with your family at this sad time.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Although I never met Lynsay personally, I know how precious her life must have been. I can only wish for you to find peace as you work through the greiving process (for as long as it takes). That the happy memories you have will help guide you. Some people may tell you it gets better with time. But I think the reality is we learn a new way to live our lives without the physical presence of the one we miss so dearly(And I do not think one knows truly how long that will take). Please accept my deepest condolences, as I know how heavy your heart feels at such a difficult time.

Ken, Kristi, Niki, and all : We are so sad for you but also understand the works of GOD, taking this young beautiful person home with him and relieving her of all her pain. It must be horrible to see your child in that much pain and feel so helpless, wanting to take if from her. I cannot find enough words or put words together to express our sympathy and sadness. Hopefully with the support of family and friends, pain will ease you and assist you in moving forward even though Lynsay will never leave our hearts.
