I knew Aunt Marion my whole life. When I was a kid I spent some time in the summer visiting my cousins in St. Paul. I hung around mostly with Steve and we played at the Stone house and some summers visited the State Fair. To me, Marion was a kind and patient mother and was always good to me. We shared February birthdays which helped me think of her. My dad and Uncle Bob where her brothers and I enjoyed the times years ago when they would get together and tell stories and laugh about the old times. She seemed to me to have a lot of Grandma Lueck in her. Both worked hard and didn´t complain. She lived in her house after her husband, John, passed away and was supported by her children, Steve, Gail, Gary, and Scott. Hopefully, in our heavenly life, we can all join together and be reunited as a family with Grandpa and Grandma, Dad and Uncle Bob, and John and Marion, around the big Sunday table for ducks and Grandma´s rhubarb pie.
