Schmidt, Morrie A. 84, Edina, MN - Passed away on November 6, 2008 Preceded in death by his parents, Arnold and Lillie Schmidt; brother, Robert; and sister, Dorothy. Survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Dorothy; daughters, Mary (Robert) Regan and Deborah (James) Plattes; grandchildren, Nickolai and Alexander Plattes; sister, Marion Dillinger and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. Funeral Service: Monday, November 10, 2008 at 11 a.m. with visitation one hour prior to the service at Normandale Lutheran Church, 6100 Normandale Road, Edina, MN. Burial: Monday at 2:30 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Park, Minneapolis, MN.
