Pat was a great guy and I had the good pleasure of knowing him these past few years. He always had a great story to tell, a smile on his face, an appreciative attitude and was never negative. He will be missed.

Pat was a fun, witty and caring neighbor. He turned me on to one of his favorite authors, John Sanford, a MN crime mystery writer, which led to many hours of reading enjoyment as he loaned me book after book. In the winter our family could reach his deck with snowballs. In the summer he would get back at us by tipping the kids into the pool or splashing them as we arrived if he beat us into the water. He was always willing to share a smile, and even a smoke. My kids miss him alot already and we will think of him often whenever we use the pool. Pictured with this is a stone memorial that will reside at the pool in Brighton Square as a small token of the great appreciation our community has for Pat. We love you, Pat. May you rest in peace.

We were longtime neighbors in Brighton Square living in the same row of houses as Pat. He was always friendly and helpful and especially interested in our sons as they were growing up. As regular users of the pool during those years it was good to work with Pat to keep things clean and tidy. We admired him for the time and dedication he put into pool upkeep as a generous service to his community. We carry fond memories of his twinkling eyes and smile.
