When I see this picture of Rajesh, my mind travels back to our days in his Singapore when I was a colleague of this strapping young lad who was at once soft and very friendly, competent and phenomenally committed, and quiet yet fun-loving. It is difficult even after so many years, to accept this fact that he is not amongst anymore. I am sure the family and his & Hema's kids will carry this legacy forward and make the world a better place.

Just came to know of Rajesh's passing. Very shocked and saddened! A true gentleman and a caring human is what I always have and will remember him as. Really wish we had stayed in touch. My thoughts and prayers go out to Hema, the kids and the family.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Raj was a welcome sight at our tea shop. He always brightened our day with his charm and smiling face. The enthusiasm that he had was the catalyst that made me change to US Bank, even though it was never his intention to sell me anything. He will be sorely missed but always remembered!

I am so saddened by this news. I worked with Rajesh at U. S. Bank several years ago. He was a most kind and compassionate man. His love and pride for his family was so evident and heart warming. I always enjoyed the holiday card with the picture of his children....Raj laughed when I told him my family referred to his son and daughter as “the beautiful children”. I have lost a friend and the world has lost a great man who cared so much for others. Please accept my deepest sympathies and prayers for your entire family.

Rajesh's death tells me again that time is short here, and we don't always have tomorrow. I believe God has a plan for each of us,but in Rajesh untimely death, it seems so terribly tragic, so sad. He had hardly begun to live. The cars that line up and stay in the driveway, tells of your steadfast friends and family who love you and will miss Rajesh. It was a shock to me as Bala is fondly remembered as the Mr Nice Guy during our FEC marketing training days back in mid 90s. Lost touch after we left FEC and sad to hear about him the next time in this way. Take care Hema and kids.
