I am Dean of the School of Public Health at the University of Minnesota. Ruth served with distinction in the Division of Biometry (now Biostatistics). She is remembered fondly especially for her kindness and attention to students. We honor her memory.

To the Loewenson family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time. I have very fond memories of our years on Loveless Lake; the fish fries, Yahtee, and late evening swims. Take care my friends.
Our sincere condolences,
Deb and Mike Clasen (Lindemann)

I am so sorry for your loss. Ruth and James were my neighbors for 15 years in St. Louis Park. They were so good to me, especially when I had my daughter. James made us carved pumpkins and Ruth made my baby a sweater when she was born. They were a lovely couple.
