Sherry-I am in Colorado and just heard the terrible news. I will be home on Wednesday morning so I will miss the service. Words can not express my sorrow for you and the boys. Please try to find some comfort in believing that God does things for a reason. You may not ever understand it but I'm sure Tom is in a good place. Please call me if you need anything. Diane M. Sherry and boys, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Tom. He will be missed by many. He touched the lives of so many people along the way. His humor and laugh I will always remember. Tom and I have done so many things together. From playing softball with the RP Boys, traveling on spring break to Florida, working together at Deluxe in Product Planning, high school hockey tournaments at Hackers, to only name a few. I will never forget the fishing trips to Mille Lacs and Lake of the Woods. I am so glad Tom was able to make it to the last one in January. Tom made me laugh so much. He had a way to make people laugh without even trying to be funny. He loved to have fun with his friends and his friends loved to have Tom around. Tom is now in the hands of the lord and laughing with the angels. There is certainly a reason for this which only god knows. I hope that you and the kids can get through this. Time will heal your sorrows. I will pray for you, the boys and Tom. My sincere condolences.
