Wally-My Dad-Quite a character. He helped me get started & kept me entertained at the insurance agency for over 32 years. I could not have done it without his help. Fun loving, generous, sincere. Faith & Family meant the world to him. I will miss him more than words can possibly express. My heart is filled through and through with love and gratitude.

Dear Joan and Wally Jr.,
What a blessing it was to be Wally's office partner but most of all friend for almost 20 years. I will never forget him taking me to a Twin's playoff game. He also took me on a tour of downtown Mpls and showed me around with a stop at Murray's for lunch.All the hours we spent talking sports. He always seemed excited to see my boys when they came visiting at the office. He always seemed to find something to give them when they came to say hi. They always looked forward to seeing him.I will always remember my last conversation with him when I called him on his birthday. Our prayers are with you and he will be remembered fondly and dearly missed.

Wally started us out with Farmers Insurance in 1971/72 as a newly married young couple, and because of him we have stayed with Farmers all this time. We're so happy to still have a Wally as our agent, Wally Jr. Our favorite story involves our daughter, who around 1990, brought a copy of her report card to the office on a Saturday for a 'good student' discount and met Wally for the first time. He had a flannel shirt on, and a baseball cap, and she said he looked like a Wally, and like a really nice man. And he was! He always found us savings, or a discount, and we respected him so much. God bless you Wally! Our sincerest sympathies to the family.

Dear Aunt Joan and Cousin Wally,
We are so sorry about your loss. Uncle Wally was my favorite Uncle. I can remember when I would hear he was coming home to visit I would get so excited. I miss you all so much and would love to talk to you. I love you and miss you. God Bless you!
