Karen,

Sorry I'm late with condolences but I just arrived back in town Saturday and learned that Walter's funeral was that same day.

To often people go their own way over the years but I do recall a number of fun times - St.Luke's, the Quint launching in Superior of five "Butler" ships, post WW II, 1947 US Embassy Canberra, Australia, the Barrier Reef, Robert Butler's asignment to Cuba in '48 and the sad ending of a trip to Europe.

I'm sure there are many remarkable and memorable events that you have from these past 30 years.

Regards to you and your family.

A fond goodby to "Corky" our grade school and high school friend. While we haven't seen each other in years, we remember him as a "good kid" and a great contributer to our classes. I will never forget the excitement when he fell out of the tree at St.Lukes. Grandpa Corky was always a leader. Sincerely, Helen Duffy Murphy and Dick Murphy.
