Walter WEBER Obituary

Of Inver Grove Heights Born November 14, 1932, passed peacefully December 26, 2022. He joins his father Walter, mother Leona, brother Paul and many dear friends and family in Heaven. Wally is survived by the love of his life and wife of 64 years, Marneen (Schmidt) Weber. He was an incredible father to Joe (Bobbi), Laurie (Jeff), Jane (Ray), Sharon (Curt) and Mike (Jodi), grandfather of 18 and great-grandfather to 18. Born in Saint Paul where he lived, working as an electrician for Reis Electric and proud union member of IBEW Local 110 until he retired to his happy place, Mille Lacs Lake. In his 30+ years of retirement many great memories were made at the "cabin". He is a veteran of the United States Air Force. He loved his fishing and hunting. He was also an epic storyteller. You would sit for hours at a time while he recounted many aspects of his amazing life. A celebration of life is planned for late spring. Should you choose to send a memorial in Wally's name, please consider Timber Hills Senior Living, 6307 Burnham Circle, Inver Grove Heights, MN 55076, (651) 552-2800.

Wally was such a dear friend to play with and all the boys in the neighborhood on the west side of ST Paul were such fun I was the girl who loved doing whatever the boys were doing . my brother Tom Mero and Wally died almost at the same time and will be sorely missed.

Was thinking of Wally at Christmas and remembering how he would walk me to school in grade school.
