David Mathews Obituary
Died July 11, 2004
David was born in Fort Bragg, Ca. He attended school in Fort Bragg & Mendocino. He was a resident of the area until his twenties. David moved to the Ukiah area where he married and raised his children for over 30 years. He passed away in Arizona, where he retired 10 years ago.
David was a great fisherman, hunter and all-around great outdoorsman.
He is survived by his wife of 9 years, Aurora Mathews; his children and step-children Bob Mathews, Davette Morrison, Suzy Mathews, Don Baker, Deborah Walley, Renee & Michelle. He is also survived by his mother, Janet Mathews of Fort Bragg; brother & sisters Chet Mathews, Karen Mathews, Barbie Hird, Rosalie Rastberry, and Carol Perry. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren.
We will miss him deeply.
He will be laid to rest in his hometown of Mendocino.
Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, July 27, 2004 in Fort Bragg at the Lion's Hall at 2:00 P.M.
