Beth Nelson Obituary
Beth Mary Nelson of Princeton, wife to Jerry Nelson, mom to Kristen (Tony) Nelson Brey, Stephan (Lynn) Nelson, and Amanda (Jason) Wolfsteller, passed away at the age of 74 at home after a 9-year battle with ovarian cancer on September 29, 2025.
Beth was born in Milaca, MN in 1950 to Ralph and Grace Reinord. Beth married Gerald Nelson on March 3, 1967. She attended Princeton School District and later she got her AA degree in nursing from Anoka Ramsey Community College. Beth was an LPN for several years until she made the decision to stay at home with her children.
Beth was preceded in death by her parents Ralph and Grace Reinord, daughter-in-law Sharon Nelson, and is survived by seven grandchildren (Cole, Nolan, Erin, Elle, Lillian, Isabella, and Gwendolyn) and her sister Jo (Tim) Nagy. Beth is also survived by two nieces, sisters- and brothers-in-law, as well as cousins and friends.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Notification will be put in the Union-Times.
