Ed served a tour in the Navy during the Korean war. He served aboard the USS Clearwater, Colorado, LST602. We enjoyed being together. Our love was deep. We enjoyed cruises and did a lot of traveling. I am going to miss my co-pilot. May your spirit touch the clouds. You are loved.

Dad,

We have so many great memories with you that we will always cherish. Just a few include camping with the dive club, going to Mexico , and eating those great Saturday breakfasts you would cook. We spent many hours at pine mountain lake helping as you built your home there. You had a hard shell but a soft heart and worked very hard to make sure we were always taken care of. You always had to know every little detail of our life as we grew older. We love you very much and will always miss you. You may be gone, but will never be forgotten. Until we see you again, your loving children.
