Pauline Balthrop Obituary
Pauline Louella Balthrop was born on March 19, 1943 in Socorro, New Mexico. She later moved to San Jose and resided there for 40 years. During that time, she owned and operated the Foxworthy Lounge/The Fox's Den for 23 years. In 2002, Pauline moved to Tuolumne County and worked at Walmart for 17 years.
Pauline was loved by all. Her bright, sassy spirit touched the hearts of many. She was always smiling and filled with joy. She had a loving, kind heart and donated every month to various charities. Those who knew Pauline will forever cherish her memory.
Among her special interests, Pauline enjoyed gardening, watching old western movies and reading. She also enjoyed watching her grandchildren and great grandchildren grow.
Pauline is survived by her two sons, William Balthrop and Terry Balthrop; her daughter in law, Cathryn Balthrop; her grandchildren, Shannon Balthrop, Jennifer Schreder, Elizabeth Balthrop and Sarah Balthrop; her great grandchildren, Lillie Schreder, Mackenzie Crocker, Andre Balthrop, Violet Schreder and Gabby Rios.
Nana, you are gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.

Pauline was my dad's sister, I am his youngest daughter. I never got the chance to meet Pauline but I know she was dearly loved from the interactions I saw on Facebook and tales I've heard. I'm so sorry for your loss. I pray for peace for you all. God bless you all. My deepest condolences.

She was a wonderful lady .My mom loved her they use to go out and have a smoke & a cup of coffee .I will miss her so much .she is now up in heaven with my mom having a good time .Love you Pauline ❤you are a angel now watch over your wonderful Family.love you Donna Ortega

I am so sorry for your loss and I wish I would have got to have met her, we were first cousins, but I am grateful that I did get to talk to her when I went to meet my cousins Mike and Jennifer Helms for the first time. We all talked to her on the phone and really enjoyed our visit. Tell we talk again RIP

I first met Pauline when I worked at the Sonora Walmart, she put a smile on my face. I loved her sense of humor and her living heart.. I will miss u Miss Pauline... Gone but definitely not forgotten...

Pauline was a great friend and i will miss her dearly. I would always look forward to seeing her at work to talk to her and laugh. She will always be in my thoughts. She felt like family to me.
