SANDRA PAULINE "SANDY" CARDOZA

1966 - 2024

Sandra Pauline Cardoza (Moore) unexpectedly passed away in her home on January 7, 2024.
Sandy was born June 7, 1966 to Kathy Moore and Danny Wisner, and was raised by Kathy and
Ronald Moore.
Sandy was the definition of love and compassion. She cared deeply for her
friends, family and community members. Having worked as an administrator for most of her life
in the education and medical fields, her professions were always centered around helping as
many people as she could and trying to make a positive impact on people's lives. Sandy will be
remembered by those who knew her for her kind heart and warm embrace.
Sandy was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her greatest joy in life was watching her
children grow and create families of their own. Sandy thoroughly enjoyed the simple things in
life - reading a good book by a river or lake, while her husband, Andy Cardoza, fished - was her
definition of heaven.
Sandy is survived by her husband, Andrew Cardoza; her children and their spouses, Kaci (Craig) Casity and Jayson (Alessondra) Cardoza; grandchildren, Jameson Casity, Rory Cardoza, Kaya Casity; mother, Kathy Moore; siblings, John Moore, Todd Moore, Rebecca Moore, and Renee Moore, and many nieces and nephews.
Sandy joins her dad, Ron Moore, in heaven.
A celebration of life for those who knew and loved Sandy will be held in Sonora at the
Fairgrounds, Manzanita Building on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at 1pm. Lunch will be served.
