I still compare all my doctors to you and they all fall short. As my doctor for over 30 years, you became an important part of my life without my even realizing how important. You were one of a kind. I miss you everyday.

It was with great sadness that I learned today of Dr. Lynch's passing. Back 20 years ago, Dr. Lynch helped me sort out difficult disability cases and then over the past 6 years, he became my personal physician. I held Dr. Lynch in such high regard. He was an extraordinary human being. His passing is such a huge loss for all. Condolences to his loved ones. Taken away way too soon.

Dear family, I learned today of this wonderful man's passing., and was deeply saddened. Such a loss for all of you, and the grandchildren he loved to speak of. He had quite a sense of humor and derived great pleasure ftom telling a story of his 80 plus year old mother's hot flashes, which brought us a large chuckle. Blessings to you all and the grandchildren, on the loss of a fun, endearing man who loved you all so very much.

Keeping in contact through the years, he always exuded a rich love of life with wisdom, humor and humility. His passing is a great loss to his family, his community and to me. I will miss my friend.

A great friend with whom I shared my happiest high school memories at Immaculate in Danbury. He was a man for all seasons, who made us all better for having known him. He always wanted to be a physician, but I' ll bet the first thing he looked for in Heaven was a set of drums

My deepest sympathy to the family of Dr. Christopher Lynch. I was his patient for 34 years. We had our ups and downs over the years. He would roll his eyes and groan whenever I took out my list during my quarterly visits. I would put him off whenever he mentioned exercise. One thing I could never figure out was how he always managed to make me feel better even when he didn't have good news. He was an amazing and "one of a kind person" that will be greatly missed. I feel lucky to have known him.

I followed Chris one year after at Immaculate High. He was so bright and helpful. I wish his family God's blessings.

I worked with Dr. Lynch for many years at Elliot. He was a compassionate, kind and caring physician and treated all his patients with dignity. He had a great sense of humor too. I was doing my nurse thing one day on CICU and I was half listening to a conversation behind me. It was a serious conversation about how many sweaters to bring or which jackets would be warm enough. I turned around and there was Dr. Lynch, Dr. Lavery and Dr. Markwith discussing their latest golf trip. Chris laughed and said he was tapping into his feminine side. One of the great ones-gone too soon.

To the Lynch family,
I send my deepest condolences to you all. I heard about his passing today and couldn't believe it. I thought it might have been a mistake, unfortunately it was not. I worked at CMC many years ago during a time that Dr.Lynch was conducting a monthly clinic for arthritis patients
who were without financial resources. I remember being very impressed at how strongly he advocated for services for this patient population without voices or influence. I loaned him a copy of the children's book "Eloise" to read to his then young daughter who was soon to be visiting NYC and, hopefully, The Plaza Hotel. I have only fond memories of Dr. Lynch. My condolences to his family.

I knew Chris well at Holy Cross as well as meeting his good friend Ken Penna. I remember as a freshman staying at his house and going across the state line to Brewster, NY where the drinking age was 18 and having a grand time. He was always playing the drums on one of his thighs! I used to call him Creeka. I was a Premed in his class and a fellow MD and Rheumatologist in Cooperstown NY and would occasionally see him @ ACR meetings or other meeting. I am very saddened by his passing, at such a young age and a year into retirement. I am still working and food for thought.
My sincere condolences to you all and may God bless you with great strength to carry on. I will miss him and the many fond memories @ HC.

To Cheryl,
When I read Dr.Lynch's obituary this morning it brought tears to my eyes as I couldn't believe that after only a year since retirement he had passed away. I remember the day in his office when he told me that after being his patient for 32 years I would have to look for another doctor as he wanted to spend time with his family. It was always a please to go to the office and see you Cheryl, you were always an asset to his practice. God Bless the Lynch Family and may you RIP Dr. Lynch.

To Dr. Lynch's Family,
I am deeply saddened by the news of Dr. Lynch's passing. Our heart-felt condolences go out to you all. Dr. Lynch was a wonderful friend and colleague to my father, Stephen Tzianabos, and to our entire family. He was so very thoughtful and helpful when we learned of my father's illness and when he passed. I was so pleased to read that Dr. Lynch was bestowed the Elliot Hospital award in my father's name this past year for all of his tireless contributions to the community and for his deep commitment to his patients. He was a great doctor and a better person. We will miss him greatly.
