Daniel A. Callahan-also fondly known as "Danny", passed away Saturday, January 4, 2025 at his sister's home in Epping, NH. He was born October 8, 1965 in Boston, MA, son of the late Kevin Dhonal Callahan Sr. and Grace Ardra (Cosseboom) Callahan,

Danny grew up in Epping, NH and was one of seven children in his family. In his youth, Danny could either be found hanging out with his two best friends, Frankie Allen and Les Haskell possibly getting into some playful mischief, or putting together a model car at home. He was a graduate of Epping High School, Class of 1984. Danny then served honorably as a tanker in the United States Army from 1984-1987 having been stationed overseas in Korea and at Fort Benning, Georgia. Danny was employed by Wal-Mart for about 17 years working at the distribution center in Raymond, NH and then later in Maine. In 2001, he met the love of his life Roxanne M. Corliss. After going on an initial date of having ice cream and then dating for four years, they were married on May 21, 2005. After a few years residing in Maine, they moved to Asheboro, NC. Until becoming sick, Danny was working as a fork lift mechanic for Crown Equipment Corp where he was employed for 15 years. His love for building model cars continued on through his life and he was also an avid Lego builder and collector.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his loving wife, Roxanne M. Callahan who died December 7, 2021.

He is survived by his caring siblings, Kevin Dhonal Callahan Jr., Theresa Sprague, Grace Ardra Frost, Helen Cooley, Lisa Bonneau and Lorraine Shubert and many nieces and nephews.

I worked with Dan for several years. What a beautiful and kind soul. He always had a smile on his face. And nothing but kind words to say. It was a honor and privilege to know him. Sending prayers to his family.
