Battey Family,
I am sad to hear of Dave's passing. I enjoyed working with him at GHS and have always though so highly of him. When I first started teaching at the high school, he was one of my "go to people" that I could always rely on for sage advice. I have had the pleasure of having his children and grandchildren as students and over the years I have been able to keep up on Dave through them.
My thoughts are with you all.

My deepest sympathy to the entire Battey Family in the loss of such a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. I've known Dave for many years and without a doubt he was one fun loving, fantastic men I've had the honor of ever knowing. Dave played baseball with my two older brothers Dick and Bob that is how I first got to know him. Again my deepest sympathy to the Battey family. Dave will live on forever with all of us who have had the pleasure of ever knowing him, his gentle side, and love for all his family.

Mr. Battery will be remembered by me as an extremely kind man with a great sense of humor. He taught me how to drive after all! I recall many greatthings about the Battey family in conjunction with the Simons family. Goffstown has lost a good Man. My thoughts and prayers go out to Margie and the kids during this difficult time. Keep your memories close as they will comfort you. He will always be with you! Rest in peace kind sir.
