David Lawley Obituary
Dave was born on April 28, 1955 to Georgianna (Vance) and Donald James Lawley. He was raised in Southwest Philadelphia, PA and King of Prussia and attended local schools. Dave started in the mailroom of Oxford Health Plans in August 1987, where he quickly became to "go-to person". He was known to everyone who worked there as Norton and he was loved by all. He married the love of his life, Deirdre (Murphy) on October 11, 1991 and the couple moved from Connecticut to raise their family in Londonderry, NH. Dave went on to spend his 35-year career with Jones Lang LaSalle-United Health group.
In his spare time, he loved taking trips to Vero Beach and Disney World with his family. He was a history buff, who was especially interested in learning about WWII. Dave was a collector of Hess trucks, as well as memories, making so many incredible ones over the years with family and friends.
Dave was an amazing husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend, who will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his loving wife, Deirdre Lawley of Londonderry, NH; his children, Lesley Marie Sgro and her husband David, Colin James Lawley and his significant other Patricia Johnson, and Matthew Stephen Lawley; His brothers, Michael Lawley of King Prussia, PA and Mark Lawley of Harleysville, PA; as well as several nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
Services will be private for the family. In lieu of flowers, please consider planting a tree through https://www.alivingtribute.org/.

Deirdre & family, my heart is heavy hearing of Dave´s passing. I fondly remember Dave stopping by my office (Oxford) and talking about his love for his family and his love of Disney. He was the reason I joined the Disney Vacation Club. Anytime Dave stopped by it was the light and levity I needed. My deepest sympathy for your loss of a wonderful man, who will be sorely missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing and working with him.

Dee & Family, I am crushed to hear this news. We all started & grew at OXHP together. I have so many treasured memories of Dave over the years. His warm Hello, trademark smile, and fun-loving laughter - gifts he gave to all. A most beloved member of the Oxford Family, Dave will surely be missed by many.
