Deborah Wilcox Obituary
Deborah A. Wilcox, 71 of Londonderry, NH, peacefully passed away on November 11, 2025, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.
Born in Lowell, MA on January 5, 1954, Deb was the youngest daughter of Gilbert and Marion Saber. She married Robert O. Wilcox Sr. on March 23, 1973, moving to Londonderry, NH in 1984 with their three children; Rob, Kelley, and Beth.
In 2002, Deb became an LNA and dedicated her career to caring for others at their most vulnerable times. During her many years at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, she was known for her kindness, generosity, and deep compassion towards patients and coworkers alike.
Known lovingly as "Nana" by many, Deb's home and heart were always open. She was the kind of person who would give the shirt off her back, a listening ear, or a seat at the kitchen table no matter who you were. She took an active role in the lives of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren by attending all sporting events, races, milestones, always sharing advice on life and caring for them like her own children.
Deb found joy in tending to her gardens, bird watching, traveling, camping in her RV, volunteering, and hosting gatherings at her home for any event or celebration. An avid animal lover, she cared for her dogs, cats, chickens, and ducks with the same tenderness she gave to everyone she loved. In recent years, she especially enjoyed relaxing by her pool, lounging in her favorite float, and sharing life stories with those closest to her.
She is predeceased by her parents Gil and Marion, and her son Robert Owen Wilcox Jr.
She is survived and missed by her husband, Robert O. Wilcox Sr.; daughters, Kelley and Beth Wilcox; her cherished grandchildren Brianna Wilcox, Milton Duran, Anthony Wilcox, Alyssa Hanson, her husband Matthew Hanson, and great-granddaughter Harper Hanson. She is also survived by her sister Ethel Beauregard and husband Roger Beauregard, brother Ed Saber, as well as many other nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Deb will be remembered for her strength, resilience, and boundless love. Deb's legacy lives on through the countless lives she touched, reminding us all to be kind, lend a helping hand, and make the most of our time together.
The Wilcox family extends their heartfelt gratitude to friends, family, and community for their unwavering support and love throughout Deb's journey.
