Denis M. Cote

1959 - 2022

Denis Marcel Cote, 63, passed away on June 17th, 2022, at Lowell General Hospital in Lowell, Mass. He was born on April 23, 1959, in Lowell, Mass, the son of Robert L. Cote and Lorraine T. Cote (Trask). He was the beloved husband of Ann M. Cote whom he shared 7 beautiful years of marriage with. Denis was a graduate of Greater Lowell Technical High School class of 1978, after graduation he went to California for 22 years where he met his first wife Linda A. (Martin) Cote, before they moved their family back to New Hampshire. After the passing of Linda, A Cote, Denis met Ann (Lewis) Wacome and they married on February 28th, 2015. He was a Machinist for his entire career, he owned and operated his own business in both CA and NH, before going to work for one of his customers in 2016, Assurance Technology in Chelmsford, MA. Denis loved to travel and have adventures; he was studying to repair mechanical clocks for the past few years. He took great pride in bringing these treasures back to life. Denis loved to spend time with family and friends at his camp in Contoocook, NH. He was learning to play golf with his best friend, Brian O'Connor. He was a member of the Nashua, NH Elks Club. Denis enjoyed his faithful companion Lola, English Bulldog. She was beside him through good and bad times, Lola would always make him smile. Denis's sense of humor and love for life shone through in everything that he did. He is predeceased by his mother, Lorraine T Cote and his first wife, Linda A Cote. Denis is survived by his wife, Ann M. Cote, his daughters; Crystal I. Cushing of FL, Monique Smith, and her husband William of AK, his son; Joseph Ty Lee Kirkland of CA, his stepsons; Jake Schmidt of CA, Gary Schmidt, and his wife Gabriella of FL, his grandchildren; Philip Sanguedolce, Dillan McGlothin, Bailey McGlothlin, Madeline Kirkland, his father Robert L. Cote, his step-mother Sue Cote, his siblings; Richard Cote and his wife MaryEllen, Larry Cote and his Peggy, Suzanne Cote. Many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held later this year.
