When I was a kid dad always told me "nobody likes a wise guy, not even another wise guy", "do unto others as you would have done to you", and "keep your eyes open and your mouth shut". I tried to live accordingly. Dad helped me a lot when mom was so sick and I had broken my arm. He helped me get my first job at Ames, and was always there when I needed him growing up. He was there when I became a Knight of Columbus, we plowed snow together, he taught me to play the drums and we played and sang together with mom. Great memories! I will miss you very much, love you dad. Daryl

I called him Dad because that's who he was to me.I learned so much about things I would need to know to take care of my self in life from him.I miss the big pot of spaghetti and playing drums while he played guitar and sang, but I miss him most of all.I will never forget you Dad.I Love Dave

The man I thought very highly of. We didn't keep in close contact but that doesn't mean you weren't on my mind I thought of you often and I heard that you would ask about me all the time. I don't know why we didn't keep in touch, but I wish I had now (I'm always to late).I know you are in a better place and singing your heart out with Mom we will see each other again when you will be there to open the door for me I Love you and will miss you but I will not forget you R.I.P. your favorite step daughter Dawne
