SEAL COVE, Maine- Eileen (Foley) Branch, formerly of Lincoln, N.H., and her husband, Edmund P. Branch, died due to a fire at their home.
She died on May 28, 2011; her husband died on May 27, 2011.
She was born on Aug. 4, 1932, to Leo Paul and Corinne M. (Violette) Foley. Edmund P. Branch. He was born on May 13, 1928, in Southboro, Mass., to Bertram E. and Meta 0. (Pipping) Branch. They were married on March 1, 1952 in Cornish, Maine.
Mr. Brach was a veteran of World War II and the Korean War. Their careers in the restaurant industry had them traveling from New England to South Carolina in the 1950s. Then back to New England, where they managed Boulder Brook in Center Lovell, New England Inn in Intervale, N.H., Gene's Restaurant in Skowhegan, and the Mast and Rudder, Colonel's Deli and the Little Grey Cow in Northeast Harbor, and the Seafood Ketch in Bass Harbor.
Mr. Branch was past president of the Maine Restaurant Association, the Maine Society Sons of the American Revolution, a member of the American Legion and Masonic Temple.

IN THEIR LIVES: Family includes five children, Sheryl Reece and husband Terry, Bert Branch and wife Kathy, Stuart Branch and wife Lisa, Laurie Rau and husband Karl, Rob Branch and wife Sue. They are also survived by 13 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Eileen is survived by her twin sister, Arlene Mulleavey of North Woodstock, N.H.; and sisters Joyce Arsenault and husband Rene of Lancaster, N.H.; Shirley Mayhew and husband Hawk of Manchester, N.H.; and Sally Foley of Canterbury, N.H. Eileen was predeceased by her parents and brother-in-law Joe Mulleavey. Ed is survived by his siblings Olive Burkitt and husband Bill, Stuart Branch and wife Sharon and sister, Heather Glidden. Ed was predeceased by his parents, brothers Robert and Bruce, and sister Kacie Schmidt.

SERVICES: Memorial services are at 11 a.m. Saturday at Jordan-Fernald, 1139 Main St., Mt. Desert, with Pastor Charles Ives presiding. Private family committal will in Center Cemetery.
