Dear Aunt Therese and my cousins,
My heart goes out to you all on the loss of your husband and father, my uncle. I remember hearing Dad tell how Uncle Ernest assisted my mother when Dad was deployed, coming down to NY to help her when she was selling the house and packing up the family to relocate to Richmond. He was always kind to me when I came to visit in Manchester. I loved that I could see your house from Memere and Pepere's attic window!
