My thoughts and prayers to LeeAnn and the family. Frank was one of the best officer's, especially Chief, that I ever worked for. He always shared his knowledge and love of the job with those around him. Frank may be gone, but he'll never be forgotten...his memory will live on. Rest in peace, Chief!

Uncle Frank you will be greatly missed. I never got tired of hearing about all your adventures as a fire fighter. It was truly inspiring to myself going into the medical field and now my son, filling your shoes as the next generation of fire fighters. We love you, The Washburns

Our hearts are broken like so many of yours, but we are so grateful to have been blessed with 51 years of friendship with Frank and Lee Ann. It was a friendship that began as neighbors with young children and continued even after we moved from The Hollow many years ago. During the past 8 years, we looked forward to seeing Frank and Lee Ann in Tarpon Springs on their yearly visit to Florida. It was always a special time to share a meal and catch up with them. We will miss you dearly Frank. We will keep Lee Ann and the beautiful family the two of you created and nurtured in our thoughts, hearts, and prayers. ❤

My sincerest condolences to Lee Ann and family. Frank was a great guy and a Great Firefighter.
He was never short on advice, always good advice. Throughout my career at MFD and after, I enjoyed the conversations, laughs and wisdom that Frank bestowed upon me. I’m glad that I got to see him one last time at the last retirees breakfast.
