I only learned of Bucky's death after his services were past. I'm disappointed that I wasn't able to attend. I'm good friends with Bucky's brother Dudley and was also good friends with their parents, Buck and Pit Dumaine.
The Dumaine family was well known and well respected in our town of Weston and all the locals knew who they were and of the contributions they made to the community. In spite of the many years that Bucky had been livng in New Hampshire, there are many residents in town who still remember him. He will be missed by all of us. My best to his family.

I am so sorry for your loss. I worked at the New Ipswich Police Station while Bucky was a police officer... He was always nice to me. When I graduated from High School he had taken a picture in black and white of me receiving my diploma, he sent me the picture, I didn't know he had taken it. that was very thoughtful. I still have that picture.

My prayers are with your family.
