George Gramatikas Obituary

George A. Gramatikas, 84, of Allentown died on April 21, 2022, with his loving family by his side after a period of failing health. George was born in Goffstown on April 27, 1937, the son of Arthur Gramatikas and Marguerita (Powell) Gramatikas. George grew up and lived in the Greater Manchester area. He met and married his late wife, Patricia (Read) Gramatakis, with whom he raised eight children. He worked for many years for Jennings Excavation out of Hollis. He enjoyed hunting and spending time outdoors. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him. George is survived by his children, Candace Clement and her husband Rick of Epsom, Mark Gramatakis of Manchester, Georgia Gramatakis of Goffstown, and Victoria Harris of Manchester, his stepchildren, Kaileen Carpenter of Nashua and Brian Gramatakis of Milford, his grandson, George whom he raised as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren,his brother Gary Gramatakis of Manchester, and his close family friend Lorna Stickney of Nashua. He is predeceased by his loving wife Patricia, his youngest son,Alton "Tim" Gramatakis and his brother Dennis Gramatakis. Calling hours will be held on Monday, April 25, 2022, from 4:00 PM- 6:30 PM at J.N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge Street (corner of Pine Street), Manchester.
